Good and clean rooms with kitchen and well maintained bathrooms. The heating was a bit much inside and there was no way to bring it down. Other than that it was great

It was a decent place and all the amens were present. The rooms had fully equipped kitchen and the mountains view was awesome

We were able to check-in early. We paid a little more for a apartment facing the ski slopes.
The apartment had two rooms and a living room. Three of us slept in the living room, the other room was a little small.

Best to stay two nights because one night is just isn’t enough for skiing!! We stayed for two nights and felt it still wasn’t enough. Book rooms through Trazy was exceptional. Would recommend booking the ‘suite’ rooms, great view of the ski slopes.
Our family loved Skiing at Vivaldi, and will definitely come again!! ⛷⛷⛷⛷

The room is clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. Staffs is friendly but cant really communicate with English. We asked if there were buses going back to Seoul on the next day, we were told there were only 5.30pm buses.
We spend a day in Snowy land upon arrival and had a great time in the park despite its all artificial ice (snows). Unfortunately it was raining on the second day and we had to check out at 11am. Hotel staff was kind enough to allow us to check out by 12pm. We was told again there were no other bus back to the city beside the 5.30pm bus.
We went to the wondertour booth to check again, and they told us there were 1.30pm buses going back to the city.
We went to the bus ticketing office to ask but was told it was full. The operator however told us we can wait around and we can hop on the bus if there were empty seats.
We were fortunate to get our seats and get back to the city early.
Overall we had a great time in Vivaldi but the experience could be better if without the transporting issue.

What is included in the room reservation?
This package includes accommodation only at Vivaldi Park. Ski lift tickets, rentals, and other activity fees are not included and must be booked separately.
Where will I stay?
You will stay at Sono Belle Condominium (Tower B or C) or Sono Belle Hotel (Tower D), all located within Vivaldi Park Ski Resort.
Can I choose the room type or building (Tower B, C, or D)?
You can choose your preferred room type and tower during booking, depending on availability. All options offer convenient access to the slopes.
Are the buildings far from the slope?
No, all accommodations are located within walking distance of the ski slopes. Some rooms may offer slope views.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00pm / Check-out: 11:00am
Is there a kitchen in the room?
Family and Suite rooms include a small kitchen with basic cooking utensils, while Hotel-type rooms (Tower D) do not.
How many people can stay in one room?
Room occupancy depends on the room type. Standard rooms accommodate 2~4 people. Please refer to the room options for details.
Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included in the room-only package. If you would like to add breakfast, please select the breakfast option when booking.
Are ski passes or rentals included?
No, ski lift passes and equipment rentals are not included. They must be reserved separately.
