This is the second time for me to have snowboarding with the package. To return the ski clothes, I went to a room in Sono B Buliding (the centre buliding of the hotel) which is easy to locate. The staff response very fast after I ring the bell. I enjoy this package very much.

Staff with good English and smile. She waited for me in the main hall which is easy to locate, just next to snow park. She provided a big bag with my name on it to let me put my belongs it in. The locker is cheap, just 1000won. The whole process is fast.

Great fun with lots of activity to do. But since it was a holiday there was a lot of queue everywhere we went. There’s a cafeteria for food and all the rides were very good

Room is very big (around 60 sq meters) with one room with big bed, one small room with mattress on the floor, one tiny and old kitchen with living room. Only bad thing is we don't get the view of ski resort. Our room face the parking lot with car alarm everyday and someone shouting in the parking lot at 3 am in the morning. When we check in, reception guy try to help the best room for us, but when reception girl violently ask if we want the room with kitchen we have to stay at the room with no bed (instead of two room with three beds). Then reception assign the parking lot view. While reception guy never dare to speak after that lady did. Anyway, we come for ski so this is very best place for family ski. Really wonderful, no regret although I fall many times. Instrustors are good but we learn on almost flat surface at the bottom so don't know how to slow down. Stopping with A doesn't help as the slope is a bit steep, no way to stop. Nonetheless, I would say Trazy is well organised and professional. Will join their tour package again!

If its your first time i would definetly recommend a ski lesson as its not easy!also the glasses are expensive to purchase at vivaldi rather rent it out at one of the stores on your way in.
