- You must be at least 15 years old to join this tour.
- The maximum number of participants per tour is 15 people.
- Please dress appropriately for the weather.
- Please show up 30 minutes before the tour time for safety preparations. Customers who fail to show up 30 minutes before the tour time will not be permitted to participate.

- Rain or shine tour: the tour will NOT be cancelled due to the weather unless it is categorized as extreme weather. If the tour is canceled due to extreme weather, we will notify you in advance and issue a full refund.
- Please show up 30 minutes before the tour time for safety preparations. Customers who fail to show up 30 minutes before the tour time will not be permitted to participate.
- This tour is not recommended for travelers with back problems, pregnant travelers, and those with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
