Service hours: 7:00am~10:00pm

- If you drop off your luggage at the airport before 2:00pm, the luggage will be delivered to your hotel after 8:00pm on the same day.
- If you drop off your luggage between 2:00pm and 5:00pm, the luggage will be delivered to your hotel after 10:00pm on the same day.
- If you drop off your luggage between 5:00pm~10:00pm, the luggage will be delivered to you between 10:00am~11:50am the next day.

*Terminal 1 is always staffed from 7:00am to 10:00pm daily.
*Terminal 2 operates on reservation only. If you are using Terminal 2, please provide the exact time you will be dropping off your luggage during the booking process.

Hotel in Seoul/ Gyeonggi-do/ Incheon
→ Incheon International Airport

- Keep your luggage at the front desk of your accommodation before 10:00am.
- You can pick up your luggage at the airport after 5:00pm.

*This service is only for the customers who take flights between 5:00pm~10:00pm.
*Luggage pickup at the airport is only available up until 10:00pm.

*All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT +9 hours)

*Only staffed accommodations are allowed.

- Terminal 1 is always staffed from 7:00am to 10:00pm daily.
- Terminal 2 operates on reservation only. If you are using Terminal 2, please provide the exact time you will be dropping off your luggage during the booking process.

2. If you are on a red-eye flight, the latest you can pick up your bag up at the airport is at 10:00pm.

2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
