Everland is also known for its seasonal festivals including Tulip Festival and Rose Festival in spring and Romantic Illumination Festival in winter.

If you buy a ticket more than 1 week ahead, the mobile ticket will be sent 1 week before your visit.

注意事项

Please arrive at the meet location at least 10 minutes prior to departure. The shuttle bus will NOT wait for those who are late. No refund will be issued for a missed shuttle bus.
On average, night parade starts at 7:00pm and fireworks starts at 9:00pm. Please note that parades and fireworks can be canceled due to weather conditions/Everland's internal issues.
In case the shuttle bus is cancelled due to a lack of passengers, we will inform you in advance via email.

Non-refundable after the mobile ticket has been sent under any circumstances.

How long does it take to get to Everland from Seoul by shuttle bus?

It usually takes around 1 to 1.5 hours to reach Everland from Seoul, depending on traffic and your pick-up location. The shuttle bus offers a direct, non-stop route for a smooth and convenient ride.

Where are the pick-up and drop-off points in Seoul?

Major pick-up and drop-off locations include Hongik Univ. Station, Myeongdong Station, Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, Seoul Station, Sinchon Station, and Jongno 3(sam)-ga Station. Exact meeting points will be provided upon booking.

Can I get off at a location which is different from my pick-up location?

No, your pick-up and drop-off location should be the same. We cannot guarantee that the bus will drop by at different locations. Please check with the driver on the day of your visit.

Can I change the date and time of the shuttle bus?

You can make changes until 5:00pm, one day before your visit. In this case, please contact us at experience@trazy.com. Changes cannot be made on the day of your visit.

Can I book the Everland Discount Ticket & Shuttle Bus package on the same day?

No, same-day bookings are not available. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Can I leave earlier from the theme park?

The shuttle bus does not have earlier departure schedule. If you need to leave for Seoul earlier or later, you may use private van service or public transportation.

Can I buy the shuttle bus ticket for one-way only?

No, this package includes a round-trip ticket. You may use just one-way transportation but there is no refund for the unused transportation.

What time does Everland open and close?

Will I be able to see the fireworks?

The fireworks begin 30 minutes or 1 hour before the closing time. The time is subject to change and the show may be cancelled due to weather conditions or Everland’s internal issues. Weekly confirmed timetable is released every Wednesday on the official website. Please check the operating hours and the schedule for the fireworks.

Is Everland open on rainy days?

Yes, Everland remains open during rainy weather. However, some outdoor rides, parades, and fireworks may be canceled or closed due to safety concerns during severe weather conditions.
