I had a great ski experience with our travel guide, Yoona. She is very friendly, kind, and an excellent guide. She helped and accompanied me from the very beginning until I was skiing independently on my own. She was extremely patient with the tourists and even offered to film a video for me.

I much appreciate her help and guidance. Please give her a well-deserved reward for her hard work, along with her team members, Levi and Ted. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience—my first time skiing was a success!!!
