[About Hotel Deliveries]

The hotel must have resident staff and a luggage desk.
The hotel must not be an Airbnb or unmanned locker hotel.

[Compensation Exceptions for Damage]
Goodlugg takes every measure to ensure the safe handling of your luggage, including using designated vehicles for luggage delivery. However, Goodlugg is not liable for age-related deterioration, such as damage to handles and wheels caused by normal wear and tear or repeated use. Additionally, minor scratches, dents, or stains commonly occuring during standard luggage handling are not covered.

注意事项

For luggage sets, please book 2 bags.
Unbooked items such as shopping bags, backpacks, and ready bags will not be picked up.
Neck pillows not placed inside luggage will not be picked up due to concerns about loss/contamination.
Oversized or non-standard items (e.g., strollers, bicycles, instruments) cannot be delivered.
Packages are not eligible for insurance or any promotions, and extra fees may apply depending on the size.
Please lock up your bag. The delivery operator is not responsible for nay loss of items inside your bag.
Always carry your passport, travel documents, and valuables with you.
For external damage or loss of luggage during delivery, compensation is up to 300,000 won (*Handles and wheels are excluded from compensation).
Compensation for items inside the luggage is not available. We recommend not placing fragile items, valuables, or cash in your luggage.

1 day before the reserved date (by 5:00pm): 100% refund
After 5:00pm, 1 day before the reserved date: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 1 day before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
