If strong winds occur, the activity may be canceled for safety reasons. The final decision will be made by the staff on the day based on weather conditions.
If the activity is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
You MUST arrive at the location at least 10 minutes before the departure time. The boat will leave as soon as the preparation is over. The boat will NOT wait for those who are late. It is your responsibility to be on time and the ticket will not be refundable if you miss the activity.
