Operating hours	Every day at 6:00am ~ 9:00pm Reservations available in 30-minute intervals
Pick-up & Drop-off Location
The staff will be waiting for you at the meeting location. Do not leave your luggage at the drop off location without meeting the staff. The operator will not be responsible for any lost luggage due to this reason.

Carry-on luggage

Dimensions: Sum of three dimensions must be less than 115cm/45 inches
Weight: Under 30kg

*Backpacks or laptops that meet the requirements can be stored as carry-on luggage.

Checked luggage

Dimensions: Sum of three dimensions must be less than 159cm/62 inches
Weight: Under 30kg

Extra large luggage

Dimensions: Sum of three dimensions must be less than 270cm/106 inches
Weight: Under 30kg

*Golf bags and shortboards (under 2m) can be stored as extra large luggage.

*Restricted items

Any luggage exceeding the size allowance
Foods that are easily spoiled at room temperature

2 days before the reserved date (by 5:00pm KST): 100% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable

The staff will be waiting for you at the designated meeting location. Please do not leave your luggage unattended at the drop-off point without meeting the staff, as the operator is not responsible for any lost luggage in such cases.
