How do I redeem my ticket?
After making your purchase on Trazy, you will receive a mobile voucher via email. Visit the ticket booth located on the 2nd floor at Gangam COEX City Airport Terminal. Show your mobile voucher at the ticket booth and exchange it for a physical bus ticket of your desired departure time and sit in the seat marked on the ticket. Please note that you must have the physical ticket in order to board the bus.
What is the travel time?
The journey from Incheon Airport to the COEX Airport Terminal is a non-stop route and typically takes between 65 to 85 minutes.
Can I bring luggage on board the bus?
Each person can bring up to 2 free luggage (under 23kg). A child ticket will be charged for any excess luggage. Please note that oversized luggage that exceeds W 99cm x L 104cm x H 135cm is not permitted onto the bus.
