This was a great experience. The process was smooth and well explained. When we arrived, there was a wonderful English translator who helped with communication. We filled out a pre-questionnaire where we said what types of looks we liked, our favourite and least favourite colours, and what we thought suited us.

Then the analyst took our skin measurements and explained our saturation, tone, and brightness, before looking at our hair and eye colour. During the colour analysis, the analyst took us through the different colours in stages, from overall warm and cool to more specific shades that suited us best. It was explained very clearly and with good humour.

I was shocked to find out I was a cool tone and Spring bright! She explained which colours are best and why, as well as which colours are still okay. She also explained which colours to use as main colours and which would work best as “point” colours. It was reassuring to know that we didn’t have to throw away our favourite colours, but instead choose the right tone and understand where it would look best.

Then we had the makeup session. The makeup artist was again super lovely and made me feel very comfortable. She answered my questions about the makeup stages and the brands and products used. She used colours and a style best suited to my colour palette and my own style.

The final result made me feel very beautiful but still like myself. I highly recommend this service. All staff, analyst, translator, and make-up artist, were very professional and friendly, and it’s clear that they are experts in what they do.
