As previous comments already pointed it out: it overall felt really rushed. We were running all the time because let's be real : 20 minutes to take pictures, visit a whole site, buy souvenirs and have a toilet break is IMPOSSIBLE. We nearly couldn't enter because one person forgot their passport. The staff should not even have left them enter the bus to begin with. It was absolute nonsense. HOW COULD YOU FORGET YOUR PASSPORT WHEN GOING TO THE DMZ? The rest was alright it was a great experience and I am very glad to have lived it. Watch out fine dust level, you won't see a thing at the observatory. And once again echoing previous comment: the ginseng center stop is a pure waste of time, energy and borderline annoying.

It was a great experience but kind of rush visit at each point (maybe visitors has limited time to enter the area). Our tour guide Dora was really entertaining. I like how she shared the Korean history. Hopefully you could reduce the pickup area as we wasted so much time on our way to pick up participants around Seoul.

Very poor experience. Started with a pickup at Nambu Bus Station, along with additional pickups along the way to west Seoul to change to a bigger vehicle.. it took already more than 1h. Metro would have been way faster and easier! Almost no historical background told in the bus. Another buschange close to the DMZ to fill up seats. Windows were wet from the inside so that you couldn't see a thing whats on the outside. Zeerroo (Almost) no outside guidance to tell details and all you get inside the tunnel is back pain. Total waste of money

There are many reasons why I loved this tour and would recommend it to others. 1. Despite the early pick-up (0730~), the bus actually picked us up directly from our hotel - definitely a plus during the cold mornings of the Korean winter! 2. Sonia, our tour guide, was absolutely fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable regarding all the information she spoke about - she answered all questions that were asked to the best of her ability and did her best to find the answer for us when she wasn't sure of it herself. 3. Small positive, but the bus driver was a great driver. This might not matter to most people, but the worst thing on a cold morning is getting on a tour bus that isn't a smooth ride. The driver was great and that was reflected in everyone comfortably napping away on the long ride. 4. The schedule was spot on. Didn't run late, didn't miss out on any parts of the agenda, was dropped off right on time. 5. The tour was very educational! 6. There was enough time for everyone to comfortably look at the souvenir shops and buy things at their own pace - no rushing at all! I loved this tour and would strongly recommend it!
