The pickup & drop off service is only available at hotels located in Seoul. If you are staying in different regions, there can be an additional fee. Please send us an inquiry at inquiry@trazy.com.
For every additional hour after the default tour hours (9 hours), there will be an additional charge of 20,000won (Van for up to 9 people) / 35,000won (Big van for up to 12 people) / 30,000 won (With a tour guide). This can be paid directly to the staff after your tour is finished.
The driver or guide may adjust the visiting order according to the distance or attraction opening hours.

Is there an English-speaking guide?

Yes, you can choose between an English-speaking driver or an English-speaking driving tour guide when booking. If you only need transportation, select the with a driver option. If you want guided explanations at each destination, choose the with a tour guide option.

Can I change the tour date or number of people after booking?

Yes, you can request changes up to 3 days before the tour date. To modify your booking, please contact us at experience@trazy.com at least 72 hours in advance.

Is hotel pickup and drop-off included for the Gapyeong private tour?

Yes, pickup and drop-off service is available for hotels located in Seoul. If you are staying in another region, an additional fee may apply. Please contact us at inquiry@trazy.com for details.

Is lunch included in the tour? Are halal options available?

No, lunch is not included. The tour staff will recommend nearby dining options during the tour. There is also a halal-certified restaurant on Nami Island.

Is Nami Island open when it rains?

Yes, Nami Island is open on rainy and snowy weather.

Is there an extra charge if the Gapyeong private tour exceeds the default hours?

Yes, the default duration of the Gapyeong private tour is 9 hours. If your tour exceeds this time, an additional hourly fee will apply: 20,000 KRW for a standard van (up to 9 people), 35,000 KRW for a big van (up to 12 people), and 30,000 KRW if you have a tour guide. The extra charge can be paid directly to the staff after the tour.

Can the itinerary or visiting order change during the tour?

Yes, the driver or tour guide may adjust the visiting order depending on travel distance or the operating hours of each attraction. This helps ensure a smooth and timely tour experience.
