Paragliding Near Seoul – Tandem Paragliding in Yangpyeong

Incredible! When you arrive at the Station you are picked up by car and they drive you about 30min to the base of the mountain where you are given a jumpsuit to put on and a locker for your purse. You wear your regular shoes (I suggest wearing sneakers). Then you get in a jeep that takes you off-roading for 30more minutes up the side of the mountain to the place where they assign you a tandem person, give you shin-guards to wear and a helmet, and a go-pro camera to take with you (If you decided to pay extra for photos which I did). The tandem person practices with you how to pace yourself when you run off the mountain to catch wind. It was my first time doing it, so I really appreciated this. And they gave me instructions in English. I went with my older sister and her takeoff was perfect. On my first takeoff the wind suddenly dropped so we skimmed the ground a bit and crashed into some brambles and had to do it again. But my tandem person was patient and once we got the parachute untangled we took off again and it was great! I want to go again!

This experience was exciting and fun! The pilots were very careful about safety and about us enjoying paragliding! I recommend this tour to anyone seeking a little adventure in their lives!

It was so pretty and relaxing! Not scary at all. It was a great experience and there was a fun thrilling bit too. The pilots and staff were so nice as well! Also liked how we got photos and videos.

One of the best things i did in my short trip to South Korea. For sure a bucket list item that I never knew I had. The start seemed quite scary but once in the air, it felt surreal. The language barrier was an issue at first, but the staff knew what they were doing and were professional. One thing to note, is that may feel nauseous midair so it is good to come with motion sickness pills. Other than the nausea, I highly recommend this as a must do in south korea.

My friend and I absolutely loved paragliding. From being picked up at the subway station to the actual paragliding, it was so easy and a good experience. My paragliding pilot spoke some English and he was very warm and friendly. I felt quite safe. Downloading the images/video was easy - if you have a pixel phone be sure to bring a USB drive! I would totally come back here again!

The gliders and drivers were super nice, the paragliding itself was so cool with amazing views, totally recommend!

Every from the pickup to the paragliding to the drop off was so smooth and we had amazing flight instructors with us! The weather was predicted to not be too good at the timing we booked (10AM), and we were contacted and informed in advance + suggested to shift out timing to 1PM instead – we had time to shift out itinerary around as we were going free and easy that day. I had an amazing instructor who was very professional throughout the flight and I wasn't even a bit nervous. After the flight, I even had time to converse with some of the flight instructors and it was overall such a pleasant experience and so worth the price I paid for! 100% recommend people to try this activity out. It was a smooth sailing experience! Bought the tickets 3 days before our intended activity date, and when we arrived, a lady escorted and drove us to the landing area and main tent. We signed the declaration form, watched the safety video and were suited up. Thereafter, we took another lorry up the mountains and it was quite a bumpy (and fun) ride. Once we reached the top, the staff helped us to take a few photos with the go pro and we each took off after that. The staff was very friendly and experienced and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The transferring of photos to our iphones was also a quite and fast process. When it ended, the lady who drove us there initially also drove us back and even offered to drop us at Yangpyeong station instead of Asin so we could take the KTX. 10/10 recommended! 😊👍🏻

Paragliding was my number 1 bucket list, I'm so glad I went!! The instructors were all really nice and clear. The instructions were really easy! You just had to run and the instructors dotl the rest! The owner came to pick me up from the station and also dropped me back to the station too. Shinji, the instructor I flew with, was also really nice and we talked a lot. He also did like a tornado twist thing as we went down! Definitely would want to come here again if I have the chance! I also added the video and photo option so it took a picture like every few seconds! I have so much! Overall, 10/10 experience and highly recommend!

From the pick-up from Asin Station to the drop-off, I felt like this was my best solo adventure ever. Instructor Park made sure that I was alright through the flight in the air and kept the conversation alive. Also, you don't need your USB for the pictures and videos if your phone has sufficient memory because they will directly send the whole thing to your phone. Overall, loved the experience and highly recommend the team.

It was absolutely life changing experience! And pilots at Tandem were great, they also had a good time taking us out. Love it, will be back next year.

There is no dipping feeling in your stomach so don't worry about that rollercoaster feeling. The great this about this company is that they pick you up from the train station and drop you back off. Eat something light before flying because being on an empty stomach may just be as bad as flying on a full one. Get the picture and video package. So worth it!

I had a great experience. Very knowledgeable of what they are doing and very welcoming. I was also given gatorade while waiting and got to pet their cute dog! They took lots of pictures for me. I do wish that we covered more area during the flight instead of hovering around the same basic area for 10 minutes, but it was a unique experience.

This was so fun. My friends and I had been meaning to try paragliding for ages. It was really easy to book through Trazy. Our instructors all spoke English well and were well organized. If you're nervous, it's actually not scary at all! The takeoff happens before you even have time to worry about it, and then it's just enjoying the views as you drift. All the instructions have GoPros to catch the moment. And they'll upload them right onto your phone after. (No need to bring a USB or card)

Really enjoyed. The scenery is really great before take off. The view is fantastic up there. My instructor is Seungri. He is really professional in focusing on the safety features and instructions. He also gave an enjoyable ride. After checking my risk threshold, he proceed to let me enjoy to my fullest rather going through the motion. Really appreciate Seungri for the ride. In general, ths service provided by the whole team is good. Taking care pre and post event (photos and video). Thank you. I would highly recommended it.
