3. For safety reasons, access to the Sky Deck, Sky Terrace, and Photo Zone are subject to change without prior notice depending on the number of visitors. Please note that no refund will be issued for the facility closure.
4. Sky Terrace (120F) may be closed on the following weather conditions:

Weather warnings (heavy rain, strong winds, yellow/fine dust, etc.)
Heavy rainfall of 5mm or more per hour
The indoor/outdoor temperature difference is 20°C or greater

6. There are photo zones on B1F, 117F, 118F, 120F. You can print the pictures out on 120F or B1F with an additional charge on the day.

Yes, Seoul Sky remains open during rainy weather. However, access to the 123rd floor may be restricted during severe weather conditions. In addition, the Sky Terrace (120th floor) may be closed in cases of weather warnings such as heavy rain, strong winds, or yellow/fine dust, heavy rainfall of 5mm or more per hour, or when the indoor/outdoor temperature difference is 20°C or greater.

Is access to the Sky Deck, Sky Terrace, or Photo Zone available every day?

Unfortunately, child tickets are not available for purchase on Trazy. However, tickets on Trazy are cheaper for both adults and children compared to on-site prices. Children under 36 months enter free of charge with valid proof of age.

Can I change the date of my ticket?

No, this ticket is non-changeable once issued. Make sure to confirm your schedule before purchasing.

What are the security screening procedures and prohibited items at Lotte World Tower Seoul Sky?

- Items that may endanger or frighten others: weapons, chemical liquids, etc.
- Items that may threaten the building or facilities: flammable or explosive substances like lighters, butane gas, etc.
- Items that may disrupt the viewing experience: food, glass bottles, pets, photographic or recording equipment, large bags, vehicles, athletic equipment, and other items deemed harmful or unnecessary for observatory visits.

Please note that luggage storage is not available inside the observatory. Coin lockers are available at Lotte World Mall for your convenience.

How to get to Lotte World Tower Seoul Sky by public transportation?

Walk toward Exits 1 and 2 of Jamsil Station (Line 2, 8). As you walk in that direction, you will see a sign for "Lotte World Mall." Enter the mall through the underground entrance, and you will arrive at Lotte World Mall B1 floor.
