- Please note that the job experience zones will be conducted in Korean only.
- Children younger than 36 months old are free of charge, but they are not permitted to enter any of the job experience zones.
- For children’s safety and a pleasant experience, children must be accompanied by their guardians. However, children aged 10 or older may book and enter independently with valid proof of age.
- Guardians/adults cannot enter KidZania by themselves, without accompanying children.
- Guardians/adults cannot enter the job experience zones, but they can watch their children outside through the glass window or screen.
- Admission ticket redemption is available only when all parties are present. (No partial or full refunds on the date of visit)

- After entering KidZania, go to the Group Ticketing Booth (9 & 10) on your right (refer to the picture below).
- Show your reservation voucher to the staff.
- Once everyone is present, each participant will be given a boarding pass (entrance ticket to KidZania), KidZo (KidZania currency), and an RFID (radio frequency identification) security bracelet.
- When you receive your boarding pass, check your class and time of entrance.
- Once your class is displayed on the screen ahead, please enter through the gate.

1. Children wearing sandals or shoes made of rubber material (e.g., Crocs) will not be able to participate in Special force, Golf, Firefighter, Fire station, and Extreme climbing.
2. Children shorter than 120cm (3.9ft) will not be able to participate in Special force, Sportsflex, VR vacation study, and Driving test.
3. Children weighing more than 45kg (99lbs) will not be able to participate in Special force.
