FAQ
Where can I hop on or off?
There are 21 stops, including major attractions as well as transportation hubs such as Jeju International Airport and Jeju International Cruise Terminal. You can get on and off freely at any stop.
Do I need to reserve a seat in advance?
No reservation is required. Simply purchase your e-ticket and show it to the staff when you board the bus.
What if the bus is full?
If the bus is full, you'll need to wait for the next one. Seats cannot be reserved in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
How often do the buses run and how long is one loop?
Buses run every hour from 9:00am to 7:30pm, with 9 daily loops. A full loop takes about 2 hours. Service is suspended on Monday for maintenance.
Is there a limit to how many times I can ride the bus in a day?
No, there’s no limit. With a valid Day Pass, you can hop on and off the bus as many times as you’d like throughout the day.
