Lotte World Tower Seoul Sky Bridge Tour — Walk Across Korea's Tallest Tower

Please arrive at Seoul Sky ticket office at least 1 hour before your scheduled tour time. Be on the 117th floor at least 30 minutes before the Sky Bridge tour begins to complete the consent form and put on safety gear.

Participants must be at least 12 years old, 140 cm (4.59 ft) or taller, and weigh under 120 kg (264 lbs).

The tour includes walking up from the 121st floor to the Sky Bridge, which covers a vertical distance of 50 meters — the height of a 20-story building. Comfortable footwear is strongly recommended.

A maximum of 12 participants are allowed per time slot for safety reasons.

Yes, Seoul Sky remains open during rainy weather. However, access to the 123rd floor may be restricted during severe weather conditions. In addition, the Sky Terrace (120th floor) may be closed in cases of weather warnings such as heavy rain, strong winds, or yellow/fine dust, heavy rainfall of 5mm or more per hour, or when the indoor/outdoor temperature difference is 20°C or greater.

For safety reasons, access to the Sky Deck, Sky Terrace, and Photo Zone may be limited or closed without prior notice depending on the number of visitors. Please note that no refunds will be issued if these facilities are closed during your visit.

No, this ticket is non-changeable once issued. Make sure to confirm your schedule before purchasing.

Only safety-approved items are allowed. Watches, accessories, and unapproved personal belongings are not permitted. Mobile phones may only be used in designated areas. The facility is not responsible for lost or damaged items caused by failure to follow guidelines.

Yes, two souvenir photos will be provided after the tour.

Walk toward Exits 1 and 2 of Jamsil Station (Line 2, 8). As you walk in that direction, you will see a sign for "Lotte World Mall." Enter the mall through the underground entrance, and you will arrive at Lotte World Mall B1 floor.
