- Please arrive at Seoul Sky ticket office at least 1 hour before your tour time and be on the 117th floor at least 30 minutes before the Sky Bridge tour begins.
- Please complete the consent form and wear the safety gear on the 117th floor in front of the ticket office.
- You will walk from the 121st floor to the Sky Bridge, covering a vertical distance of 50 meters — equivalent to a 20-story building. Please wear comfortable shoes.
- This experience may not be suitable for elderly participants or those with heart conditions.
- Participants must be 12 years old, 140 cm (4.59 ft) or taller, and under 120 kg (264 lbs).
- Children under 14 must have consent from a parent or guardian.
- For safety reasons, the maximum participants per timeslot is 12.
- Participants will not be allowed to join under the following circumstances. Please note that no refunds will be issued in these cases:
- Under the influence of drugs or alcohol (even after entering the venue)
- Unable to wear the designated uniform and safety equipment
- Deemed unfit to participate by the safety staff due to health or physical condition
- The activity may be canceled due to weather conditions. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
- Follow the instructions of the safety staff at all times.
- Do not enter restricted areas.
- Mobile phones may only be used in designated areas.
- Items not approved by safety staff — including watches and accessories — are not allowed on the Sky Bridge.
- The facility is not responsible for lost or damaged items caused by failure to follow the guidelines.
- If any of your personal belongings fall from the Sky Bridge, the tour will be stopped immediately, and you will be held responsible for any resulting damages.

Walk toward Exits 1 and 2 of Jamsil Station (Line 2, 8). As you walk in that direction, you will see a sign for "Lotte World Mall." Enter the mall through the underground entrance, and you will arrive at Lotte World Mall B1 floor.
