The schedule was well organized, The Seoraksan also beautiful. Mini as a tour guide also so good and informative yet helpful. I know it was peak season, so many tourists come, please provide better bus for more convenient. It was quite long to reach Sokcheo, we deserve to get convenient bus for the money we spent on this tour.

The pick-up was on time, and the required information was provided before departure. It took almost 4 hours to reach Naejansan National Park from Myeongdong Station, Seoul. The journey was safe and smooth. Upon arrival, we headed towards the national park entrance. The tour guide purchased an entry ticket (1000 won), and we boarded the shuttle bus for a 10-minute ride to a beautiful spot. From there, we walked towards Naejansan Temple. There are several ways to reach the mountain peaks. I chose to walk toward the valley from the temple. The sight of the brilliant hues of maple leaves against the backdrop of jagged peaks and valleys was a stunning experience. The fall season in Naejansan had transformed the landscape into a vibrant tapestry of colors. The maple trees—especially abundant along the trails, near the waterfalls, temple area, and ponds—created a serene and picturesque view. There are several cafes, CU convenience stores, and restaurants near the entrance, but as you approach the temples, the options become more limited. Overall, it was a memorable and rewarding day.

The scenery is beautiful despite its drizzling The guide explained the program very clearly Will be good if she explained beautiful spots you find when you walk down to base (not take the green bus)

Josh was a great guide, he ensured we had plenty of time to see the maples and the temple. If you go take the cable car, if you don’t you will be disappointed.

Good experience seeing Naejangsan in fall! It was very busy being a Sunday when we went and there was quite a jam even though we left Seoul before 7am. Avoid the weekends at all cost! We had to eat at a restaurant to park there as there was no more parking avaliable for our bus (13000won for veg bibimbap which was tasty). As you exit the park there a few places to have drink&food like tea and waffles. Save some time for that. If you're looking to do a hike, expect hilly terrain and I definitely recommend a walking pole. I would also advise looking at the various trails in advance to decide on one or two before going to better plan for time. I think the shortest trail is 1 hour if not mistaken. I gave 3 stars because I felt instructions were not so clear. There are 2 guides. Lady guide wasn't very friendly and the man guide was a little better. I felt the guides could have done better by letting us know beforehand during the journey what to expect, for example that we would take a shuttle bus to the front of entrance and to wait there for next instructions; that later that we'd have to walk 30 mins back to resto etc; going back we skipped the third stop only going to Myeongdong and Hongdae. All instructions were only done right before each segment. For the return, guide only announced we were at Myeongdong when we stopped at Myeongdong itself. So do watch put for that. I was also a little annoyed as I wanted to buy paracetamol after lunch, as I was having a bad headache, at the convenience store a few steps away. Male guide said to go to park first, later we'd have time to come back. Little did I know that the park entrance and resto/convenience store was at least 30 mins away by walk from each other. I only knew this after we alighted the shuttle and there's no stores of course in front of the park. We waited 10 mins in front of resto for the rest of the group in which I could have gone and bought my pills. In the end I had to walk around for 2 hours plus w a headache. The lack of understanding and flexibility was disappointing. I hope the guides can improve on the matters above. I don't know if I'd go again on this tour but if I were to do so, I'd pick a weekday for sure.

This tour to Naejangsan National Park offered by Trazy was excellent! The tour guides as well as the busy driver were super friendly. They also were very informative about the national park and the stories behind on what makes it so famous. They made sure everyone had a great time. In fact, we even shared a meal together as a group which was special. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Korea in the fall time. The park is truly magnificent! Excellent sought out tour. I can't wait to travel with Trazy again in the future during my time in Korea.

Excellent mountain outing with beautiful Fall foliage. Our group leader was lovely, the bus was comfortable, a mid-point rest stop provided, and we were given 4 hours on site to hike around. Would not hesitate to recommend this Trazy outing to others...in fact I did the very next day! Only one suggestion and that is to make the tourists accountable to the time table. We waited on a pair at the rest stop for 30 minutes - no reason except that they were not paying attention to the clock. Let people know they'll be left behind and then do it.

Seorak san was just a beautiful place to visit, for that I would give top marks, but unfortunately the "guide" we had was not the best. This was our first time hiking around a mountain so it was difficult for us. I thought it was funny that most of the people walking around were older and we "youngsters" had it difficult walking the rocky path :). Do note there are also bridges and foot path some sometimes it was easier to walk. I would definitely recommend to get good walking shoes and don't go there with city shoes for your safety and comfort. Every angle of the mountain and nature was just so beautiful and peaceful! The guide we had was called Agnes . As per the email of Trazy we should recognize the staff at the meeting point as they would be wearing a special vest. We go to the meetng point and we saw some people waiting there so we assumed they we going on the tour because who would hang around in the street at 5h40. We didn't see any Trazy staff with any vest. So when it was almost time to pick we finally saw a bus and a girl approched us, no greeting and sounded a bit pissed and just asked for our names and that's how we found the guide of the day. It the bus the guide started "explaining" in English and Chinese, but she always sounded unsure and would switch languages in such an abrupt way. I never knew if she was done or not. The explanation were very basic and it felt she didn't want to be there at all. When we got to Seoraksan we actually arrived 30 min earlier than expected. We walked randomly at first and then she explained this is where the food area is and we should all meet up again where the bus dropped us after 2 hours. She did mention that the hike should only take us 2 hours: 1 hour to go to the falls and 1 more hore to get back and then we have 2 hours free time and that was it for her! I only saw our guide again when it was time to leave and she was checking her list again if everyone was there. The guide we had only showed us the meeting point and where to eat, that was it. As it was my first time hiking, 1 hour was not enough for one way it would ve 1h30 for 2.5km to enjoy the route. We were able to go down the mountain after 3 hours. We had time to eat for almost an hour and then time to go. The route to seoraksan takes around 4 hours so thankfully we did a pit stop to go there and coming back to Seoul. Going back to Seoul we had another pit stop and our guide had told us we should get back to the bus at '45. We got to the bus it was only '39 so we still had a few minutes to spare . We were outside as we were told we could not eat inside the bus. We didn't understand why but the guide got mad at us, and then went inside the bus all pissed again. Honestly I've only had good experience with Trazy staff and guides and this was the first time we had such a bad experience. At first we thought Agnes was a new guide which is why she seemed so unsure of everything she was saying and what to do, which we could forgive. But by the end of the day she just made us feel like a burden and she was forced to do this which is why she gave the minimum effort for this trip and was not so pleasant. The driver we had was also good so we felt safe on the road! All in all we were still very happy we went to Seoraksan as it's just another beautiful place to visit, but I cannot give good marks because of the experience we had with this unfortunate guide we were given.

Amazing! Took this hiking with my 8 years old daughter and she even managed to get to the top (with the second bridge). It was challenging as the stairs were steep and uneven but totally fun!

Naejangsan is a beautiful place but I’m not sure I’d go back again during peak season... it was really crowded and we ended up spending nearly 10 hours on a bus for Just 3 hours at Naejangsan. The way there took a little over 3 hours but the drive back took almost 7 hours due to traffic. On a positive note, the tour guide was helpful and organized.

Mika was really great! Such a nice guide, funny and with good advice! We were happy to share this trip with her ! We really loved the parc, it's was beautiful! The colours and everything!

Our tour guide for the day was Mika, she was on time to pick us up at dongdaemun history and culture station. She was friendly and jovial and willing to answer any questions. Even though the autumn leaves were not at it's peak yet (around 50% when we went), we still managed to take some really beautiful photos. Would definitely recommend to travel with trazy. Hopefully the next time I'm in Korea it will be the peak of autumn for the beautiful views!

Fantastic opportunity to see the superb autumn colours without the hassle of finding my own way there. South Korea is a photographers paradise and the scenery here was what I had hoped for. The hike up into the hilltops is quite steep but manageable for an unfit person (ME!) Beautiful Buddhist temples add to the general tranquility of the visit ...but be warned, it is VERY crowded (not so much ip on the mountain but down along where the shuttle buses run from).

The tour very nice and Mika “our tour guide” was fantastic. Naejungsan mountain was very nice although most of the trees where still have grean leaves. I would recommend to visit Naejungsan in mid of November. Also I would prefer if trazy can put one pick up point in the other side of the river such as Jamsil or Gangnam.

A friend and I took the tour to Daedunsan and had a fantastic time. The tour was well organised and the bus ride to & from very comfortable. The views themselves were absolutely stunning and I would recommend Daedunsan to anyone wanting to experience the fall in Korea. It's spectacular! If you do visit, try to get a non-weekend day. While any day is better than none, the weekends can be quite a bit more crowded. You will definitely get more free time if you visit on a less busy day. All in all, this was one of the best tour experiences I've had in Korea and I am very happy that I got to experience it!

I chose the Daedansun option and had a wonderful day. It enabled me to get much further out of Seoul than I had planned. We took the cable car up into the higher reaches of the National Park, and if you have less than moderate to good fitness, you'll probably want to stay there and have tea. Walking up to the stairs and other view points involves climbing rocky and ladder-like stairs, which I really enjoyed. The foliage and views were beautiful. I (and several others) took the guide's warning against climbing to the peak as a challenge, and rushed to get to the top and back. This is not for the faint hearted, or those with problematic knees. You have to go up (and down) steep stairs that are more like a rockfall, but this was my favourite part! Before returning on the bus I had some bibimbap for lunch at one of the many restaurants at the base. A lovely tour.

I'm in the mood to write a long review! It's quite entertaining, please read on. We were headed from Gangnam to Myeongdong (which is kind of across town) so we were running a little late for the bus pick-up. The guide tried to be helpful by contacting us to meet at Dongdaemun Station (Yes, it was supposed to be Dongdaemun Culture & History Station. I may have heard wrongly, but I am very sure he said it wrongly, because he interchanged Dongdaemun with Dongdaemun Culture & History, on our way back as well) We ended up at Dongdaemun Station and called the guide and finally realised we were at the wrong station; but the guide said that the bus was leaving. We were not about to miss the bus after waking up at 4:45am for it! So we took the train a stop back to Dongdaemun Culture & History Station; ran (literally Running Man style) to Exit 10 and somehow managed to catch the bus before 7am! [Amidst this, we were trapped in the Dongdaemun Culture & History train station gantry for some reason and were thankfully rescued by a local guy who told us to climb under the gantry. He literally climbed over the gantry to help us! It was a crazy morning but memorable, nonetheless.] Besides the unnecessarily dramatic morning, the trip itself was great. The driver and guide were friendly and polite. Also, we were preempted by the guide that it wasn't peak autumn yet despite it being projected to be in Mid October. We arrived at Seoraksan at around 9:30am, and we had a 15 minute rest stop in between. We reached earlier than other tour buses! The trail was mainly visited by local retiree hiking clubs. The weather was really lovely and the hike trail itself was very mild and easy to walk. The route was pretty scenic and there are many picturesque spots. Since we were preempted, I was not expecting any orange or red foliage, so it was much better than I anticipated. If the guide's aim was to reset our expectations, it definitely worked. The locals were curious and friendly towards us. They exemplified what retirement was all about. Hiking and socialising together, many would even climb down to the streams to sit at and picnic. The guide told us that the local restaurants do not have an English menu and that we could call him if we need help communicating but we found an English menu at the first restaurant (furthest away from the entrance of the trail). We ordered an vegetable Dalsot Bibimbap, Potato Pancakes and it came with a Doenjang-jjigae and local vegetarian Banchans for lunch and it was one of my favourite local meals during my entire Korea trip. The bus left Seoraksan at 1:45pm and we arrived back at Myeongdong at 4:30pm, managing to escape the worst of Seoul peak hour traffic. All in all, despite the insanity of my morning, it was a great trip and very enjoyable! PS: I tried to upload my foliage photos but apparently all the files are more than 5MB so it can't be uploaded, except the picture of our lunch, for some reason!

Overall, the tour was well organized and the leader was very friendly. It was absolutely beautiful but be prepared for some major crowds during fall foliage time at Seoraksan.

The trip to Naejangsan was really wonderful. The scenery there is super beautiful! The only thing which is a bit bothersome is that the place is super super crowded during foliage time. Especially the area around the Naejangsan Temple. Nevertheless it is a really beautiful area! We went up to the Wonjeokam and Byeokryeonam temple as well. The Byeokryeonam Temple was my personal favorite. This route was called the 'trekking route' and feels like a little mini hiking experience (nothing to exhausting or difficult though). Near Naejangsan Temple area are quite a few restaurants and its possible to buy snacks there as well.

We're so glad we booked this tour. Everything was hassle-free, from booking to the trip itself. We had adequate time to walk leisurely, enjoy the scenery and take all the photos we wanted. And to think we couldn't get enough of Naejangsan! Our guide, Jane was approachable and she made sure no one would get left behind. It was also wonderful that she could speak Korean, Mandarin and English fluently. I would definitely recommend Trazy to everyone. Thanks Jane!
