We were disappointed that our timing of this tour didn't coordinate with the signicance of the autumn colors, but it was a very pleasing and enjoyable, though long bus ride, to the park/temple. Our guide, Jane was exceptional and very caring, always willing to do whatever she could to make things enjoyable.

Naejangsan was beautiful and it was really nice having transport to and from Busan with this tour but I didn’t have an entirely seamless experience. I usually never get motion sickness but the bus ride was so bumpy the whole way, I felt very ill by the end of the day- especially when we were stuck in traffic and had to deal with a 5 hour ride instead of the predicted 3h30-4h. I was trying to sleep but I was woken up several times when I literally flew in the air despite wearing a seatbelt (it was a small bus and because I was picked up last, I had to sit in the back- the bumpiest part of the bus). Furthermore I felt frustrated because other than trying to hold in my puke, the guides decided to change our drop-off locations which was more inconvenient for me since I was staying right behind the originally agreed upon location (which was supposed to be the first drop off location back in Busan) and I just wanted to get off this nightmare of a ride. I ended up getting home much later than I wanted to and felt extremely ill from this experience. I understand having to adapt from traffic but once we got back to the city, there was no traffic and despite expressing my discomfort to the guide and requesting to be dropped off at my drop-off point, I was disappointed that nothing was done. I had a pleasant day initially but the ending really let me down.

Lovely day tour to see the park. The drive was comfortable and the bus wasn’t crowded. Our tour guide, Sam, was really great!

Tour was interesting and relaxed. We were the only participants so it was like a private tour driven in a car by our tour guide, David Kim who spoke good English. Our first booked tour to Naejangsan was cancelled but Ji Soo from Trazy Crew helped us to rebook this tour to Gayasan which had beautiful autumn foliage.

Yes, solo travelers are welcome. However, please note that Jirisan and Juwangsan tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified in advance and receive a full refund.

Travel time varies depending on traffic and local conditions, but here are the average durations from Seoul:
