Highly recommended to anyone whether you're vegan or not. We learned interesting stuff for example - how you can use all the products from tofu making process, or what are different types of soy sauce and how to use them. The class is hands on and you do actually make your food! Ms Soomin is very kind and passionate about food, I was happy I could ask anything about Korean cuisine :)
