Your passport or valid ID is required for ticket pickup. (Email confirmation alone is NOT valid.)
- Student ID with photo and date of birth (If the date of birth is not listed, a Resident Registration Certificate or Health Insurance Card must also be provided.)

- Passport (must be valid as of the event date)

- Location: Foreigner ticket booth (Look for the 'K-TripTips' logo)
- Time: 12:00pm~3:00pm (Please arrive early to avoid crowding)

[Standing Zone Guide]
*Entry order is determined by the queue number on your ticket, which will be randomly assigned on the day.
*The lower the number on your ticket, the earlier your entry priority.
*To secure your entry order based on your queue number, you must arrive at the standing waiting area within the designated time and line up according to your number.
*The standing area will begin admission at 4:30pm. Prior to that, from 2:00pm, you must wait in numerical order in the waiting area.
*If you arrive at the waiting area after admission begins at 4:30pm, your queue number will no longer be valid. You will be guided to a separate waiting area designated for late-entry standing ticket holders.
*Please note that late-entry standing ticket holders will be admitted only after all those currently being admitted have completed their entry.
*Please be advised that no form of compensation will be provided for delayed entry due to late arrival.

[Lotte World 1 Day Pass + Lotte World Tower Seoul Sky Ticket]
*Physical tickets for Lotte World and Seoul Sky will be provided with your concert ticket on the day.
*Both tickets are valid until May 13, 2025.



[Hanji Experience - Hanjisaenggak LeeDak]
- Location: 1st floor, Incheon Sangsang Platform (10-minute walk from Incheon Station Exit 1) (map)
- Program: Traditional Korean Hanji craft experience (Operated in partnership with the Incheon Tourism Organization)

*Operating hours: 10:30am~8:00pm (Closed on Mondays)
*The experience is available anytime within the operating hours. No reservation required.
*How to use the voucher: Visit the venue → Present your voucher → Enjoy the Hanji keyring-making experience (about 30~40 minutes)
*The Hanji craft voucher is valid until December 31, 2025.

2. Ticket pickup time is strictly between 12:00pm and 3:00pm. No pickup is allowed afterward and no refunds will be issued for missing the pickup time.
3. For the best view, make sure to pick up your ticket and arrive at the waiting area before 2:00pm. Entry to Section G5 is not guaranteed if you arrive after 2:00pm.
4. Please bring your voucher and valid physical ID when collecting tickets.
5. Performers and event content may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be given for these changes.
6. Tickets will not be reissued if lost. The organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or accidents inside or outside the venue.
7. Ticket transfers, ticket photos, or screenshots will not be accepted under any circumstances.
8. Re-entry is strictly prohibited after leaving the venue, regardless of the eason.
9. The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. No cancellations or refunds will be issued due to rain.
10. In case of rain, please prepare a raincoat in advance. Umbrellas are not allowed inside the venue.
11. Depending on the on-site situation, ticket collection, entry deadlines, and event start times may be delayed.
12. The concert ticket included in this package is a free ticket sponsored by the event organizer, and is only available as part of a Korea tour package. Tickets cannot be purchased separately.
13. Resale, transfer, or separate provision of the ticket is strictly prohibited.
