  • The same price applies for both adults and children.
  • Children under 5 years old (born after September 2016) can enter for free when accompanied by a guardian who has purchased a ticket. Please bring a valid ID, health insurance card, or resident registration certificate.
  • 1 person can buy up to 4 tickets.  Please note that there aren't any reserved seats for the performance.
  • For the 1-day ticket, please select either Sept 13 or 14.
  • For the 2-day ticket, please select Sept 13. The ticket is valid for 2 consecutive days (Sept 13~14). Please keep your wristband on for the entire duration of both days to re-enter. Lost or damaged wristbands cannot be replaced.
  • Please present your valid ID and confirmation email to pick up the tickets.
  • Storage facilities and the general ticket office open at 9:00am.
  • Entrance gates open at 9:30am.

Please keep in mind

  1. Please present valid ID and confirmation email to pick up the tickets.
  2. Please make sure to pick up the ticket first, exchange the ticket into a wristband, and then proceed to the gate.
  3. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets and wristbands cannot be reissued.
  4. Reselling or transferring of tickets is prohibited. The event organizers are not responsible for any tickets bought from an unauthorized third party.
  5. There is a security bag search upon entering the venue.
  6. Please be respectful to other people around you at the venue. Individuals who are causing a situation affecting others will be asked to leave and escorted out of the venue by security guards without a refund.
  7. Outside food is not allowed in the venue. Beverage in a PET bottle (~500ml) is only allowed.
  8. Lockers will be available at an additional charge on site.
  9. The event organizer will be taking pictures/videos of the festival. Please note that by participating in the festival, you are complying that the organizer has the right to use such pictures and videos for marketing purposes.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
4 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
3 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
Less than 3 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
