*You must extend your SIM card BEFORE your current expiry date and as long as you extend your usage, you can use this SIM card for as long as you choose.

*MVoIP calls via Facetime, Skype, LINE, Kakao, Whatsapp or Messenger are supported.
*You can share the internet connection with other devices via tethering.

*You can charge extra credits for 5,500 / 11,000 / 22,000 Won. You can charge when you pick up your SIM card or online at roaming.kt.com.

Checklist for booking
1. Make sure to book with the exact full name on your passport.
2. If you have used a SIM card in Korea before, please give us the IMEI information of your phone in the required information field. You can find the IMEI information of your phone by pressing *#06# on the dial screen from your phone.
3. Please make sure to unlock your smartphone through your cellphone carrier before coming to Korea, especially if you are from the United States, Canada or Japan. If your smartphone is locked, you CANNOT use this SIM card.
4. In order for you to use the phone number for ID verification (to sign up for Korean online services), you will need the ARC (foreign residence card) information and connect the information to your sim card.

- Upon collecting a SIM card, you'll be provided with a manual with information on registration, top-up, and the customer service center. Please read the manual carefully and keep it with you just in case.

FAQ

If you pay the extension fee before you SIM card expires, you will be able to extend the validity of your SIM card. You will receive a handout on how to extend your SIM card when you pick up your SIM card.
No, you do not need to return the SIM card. It is automatically terminated after the expiry date and you may discard it after use.
The staff will check the type of your phone and provide a compatible SIM card. Whether your phone uses a nano SIM, Micro SIM, or Normal SIM card, the staff will still check and provide you an appropriate type of SIM card.
