• The driver may not be fluent in foreign languages. The tour operator will provide online English assistance to help with communication.
• Free pickup service is available from Pohang KTX Station, Pohang Express Bus Terminal, or any hotels in the Pohang city area. Please note that additional charges may apply for locations outside of Pohang city area.
• Additional charges will apply if the tour starts earlier than 9:00am or finishes later than 6:00pm.
• Even if the tour ends early, partial refunds are not available.

[Overtime charges cost]

• Additional charges will apply for any additional time beyond the default tour hours.

- Sedan taxi: 30,000 won per hour
- Van taxi: 50,000 won per hour
- Minibus: 60,000 won per hour

• Please pay the additional charges directly to the driver in cash on the day.
• Overtime exceeding 15 minutes will count as an hour.
