1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the reserved time. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
2. As this is a one-person studio, services are provided one at a time. Only the person with a reservation may enter.
3. If you have a specific style in mind, please make sure to indicate this upon booking.
4. Please note that hair styling includes basic blow-drying and iron styling. For updos or other styles, an additional fee will apply and must be paid on-site.
5. For makeup services, please avoid applying heavy creams or sunscreen beforehand. If you have eyelash extensions or a lash perm, please note that it may affect how well your lashes can be styled.
6. For hair styling options, please ensure your hair is dry and free of treatment or essence products.
7. The final voucher will be sent to you via email. Please check your inbox, as detailed directions to the studio will be included in the mobile voucher.
