Rail Bike:
- Children under 3 years old are not allowed to ride the bike for safety reasons. Please note that no partial refunds can be made for not taking the bike on this tour.
- The default rail bike is a shared 4-seater rail bike.
- For 2-seater rail bikes, a surcharge of 5,000 won (per person; pay onsite in cash) will be charged. Please let us know if you would like to choose the private bike during checkout.

Yes, solo travelers are welcome.
Is there an English-speaking guide?
No, this tour does not include a guide, but there is an English- and Chinese-speaking tour staff (driver).
Are child tickets available?
Yes, discounted child rates are available. You can select child tickets when making your booking.
Can I change the tour date or number of people after booking?
Yes, you can request changes up to 2 days before the tour date. To modify your booking, please contact us at experience@trazy.com at least 48 hours in advance.
Is hotel pickup and drop-off included?
No, hotel pickup and drop-off are not provided. Please join the tour at one of the following locations: Hongik University Station, Myeongdong Station, or Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station.
Is lunch included in the tour? Are halal options available?
No, lunch is not included. The tour staff will recommend nearby dining options during the tour. There is also a halal-certified restaurant on Nami Island.
Is the Gangchon Rail Bike automatic?
No, the Gangchon Rail Bike is not automatic. You will need to pedal manually throughout the course, which is mostly downhill and easy to ride.
How many people can ride the Rail Bike?
The standard rail bike is a shared 4-seater. A 5,000 won surcharge applies for a 2-seater private bike. If you prefer a private bike, please indicate your preference during checkout.
