1. Please present a valid passport and confirmation email to pick up the tickets. If you are unable to present a valid passport, you will be denied entry into the festival.
2. This festival is a standing event with no reserved seats. You may sit or stand freely around the outdoor stage.
3. This festival is a rain or shine event.
4. Reselling or transferring of tickets is strictly prohibited. The event organizers are not responsible for any tickets bought from an unauthorized third party.
5. For safety and security reasons, every bag will be subject to search upon entry to the festival.
6. The following items are allowed in the festival venue: outside food/drinks in reusable containers, drinks in plastic containers of 500ml or less (per person), folding chair without legs, baby food, special foods for patients, baby carriages, wheelchairs, and service dogs
7. The following items are prohibited from the festival venue: pets or animals (excluding service dogs), outside food/drinks in takeout containers, glass bottles, cans, drinks in plastic containers that exceed 500ml (including water), any kind of explosive or inflammable items, camping equipment (tents, tarps, picnic tables, camping chairs, etc.), and wheeled items (bicycles, suitcases, wheeled iceboxes, etc.)
8. Professional cameras and video/audio recording equipment are prohibited.
9. Please smoke only in the designated smoking zone.
10. Due to limited parking availability, we strongly recommend you take public transportation to the venue.

policy
Within 7 days of purchase: 100% refund
8 days after purchase~10 days before the reserved date: cancellation fee of KRW 4,000 per ticket
7~9 days before the reserved date: 90% refund
3~6 days before the reserved date: 80% refund
1~2 days before the reserved date: 70% refund
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us within 7 days of purchase (no later than 5:00pm KST).
