[How to pick up your vehicle - Pick up time: 7:00am~10:00pm]

At Jeju Airport, go to "Parking Lot Section 3 - Parking Line 7" near Gate 5 and take the Jeju OK Rent-a-Car shuttle bus to the rental office.
At the rental desk, provide your reservation number or name.
Present the following required documents: Passport, International Driver's Permit (IDP), Driver's license from your home country (If any of the documents are missing, you will not be able to rent the vehicle.)
Check the condition of the vehicle and complete the rental agreement.
You will receive a copy of the agreement and the vehicle key.

[How to return your vehicle - Return time: 7:00am~10:00pm]

Park the car in the parking lot at Jeju OK Rent-a-Car Office near Jeju Airport and return the key to the agent.
After returning the car, you can take a free shuttle bus from the office to Jeju Airport. The shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes. And the ride takes around 3 to 5 minutes.

*Late returns may incur additional charges. Any traffic fines or penalties will be the renter's responsibility and must be paid separately.

Please keep in mind

All vehicles are insured by automobile comprehensive insurance (supplementary liability insurance, SLI and PAE).
Bringing a rental car into Udo Island is not allowed.
You do not need a credit card to pick up the vehicle.
If the vehicle is involved in an accident resulting in severe damage due to your own negligence, the rental car company reserves the right to decline your request for another rental.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
8 days before the reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST): 100% refund
7 days or less before the pickup time: 1 day of rental fee will be charged.
*If you are unable to rent the vehicle on the day due to failing to meet the rental requirements, a refund will be issued after deducting 1 day's rental fee.
