  • Children younger than 4 years old are free of charge. Please bring your child's ID for age verification. If proof of age is not provided, the child fare may apply.
  • English assistance is available on-site. When communication in English is difficult, staff may use translation apps such as Papago to help. Dedicated Japanese and Chinese language assistance is not available.
  • All passengers must carry a passport/a clear photo of the passport and a voucher with the booking confirmation number.

  6. Departure times may shift, or departures may be canceled due to bad weather, safety concerns, vessel conditions, or if the minimum number of passengers is not met. In that case, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation notices are generally provided by the day before, though same-day notice may occur depending on weather and safety conditions.
  7. Performance content, performers, and performance locations may change depending on the sailing date, departure time, weather, or vessel conditions.
