- If the date or time you booked is not available, we will contact you in advance for a reschedule or a full refund.
- For the nail/pedi art service, please note that you can only choose a design created by Hey Objet.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the reserved time. If your arrival is delayed by more than 10 minutes, we may need to adjust the procedure or consider it a no-show. Unfortunately, refunds are NOT possible for no-shows.
- Please note that the soak-off (gel removal) and extension services cannot be booked individually. They must be booked together with other services.

3 days before the reserved date by 5:00pm: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date by 5:00pm: 70% refund
1 day before the reserved date by 5:00pm: 50% refund
Less than 1 day before the reserved date: Non-refundable
