Watch your favorite K-pop artists perform live at the HMA Hanteo Music Awards! This is Hanteo Music Chart's first offline awards ceremony in celebration of its 31st anniversary, so expect a blast! *The Red Carpet Event ticket doesn't include the main music awards event. Please buy both the main event ticket and the red carpet ticket if you would like to attend all the events.

[How to pick up the tickets]
*The ticket pick-up is available between 4:00pm~6:00pm on the event day. Please note that you CANNOT pick up the tickets before or after the ticket pick-up time.
*The ticket pick-up location details will be sent to you in a separate email 2 days before the concert.

[N Seoul Tower Observatory ticket]
Enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of Seoul at the symbol of Seoul which has been featured in many Korean dramas and TV shows including 'My Love from the Star' and 'We Got Married'.

1. This package is strictly for FOREIGNERS ONLY. Koreans are not allowed to book the packages. No refund can be made for Koreans who purchased the packages.
2. Please make sure to bring your passport or alien registration card for verification.
3. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets cannot be reissued.
4. There will be a security screening before the entry. The staff will check your personal belongings.
5. All types of cameras and selfie sticks are prohibited inside the venue. Only cellphone cameras are allowed.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
Until Jan 31, 2024: 100% refund
From Feb 1, 2024: non-refundable

1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the original booker’s name cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is only available upon the original bookers’ request. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
