Overview
Enjoy beautiful walks and landscaped gardens in Hallim Park!
Hallim Park is a popular nature park featuring diverse themed gardens, including Palm Tree Road and Bonsai Garden, with different seasonal flowers blooming every month. Along with beautiful botanic gardens, Hyeopjaegul and Ssangyonggul caves are two not-to-be-missed attractions at this park.
Why this attraction? ▷ Hallim Park: best place to discover and experience various kinds of attractions at once in Jeju island ▷ Hyeopjaegul cave: well-known for unique formations of stalactite columns ▷ Ssangyonggul cave: known as the only two-dimensional cave in the world ▷ Flower festival: appreciate various flowers at the flower festival held all year round in Hallim Park
▲ Seasonal flowers year-round Hallim Park features flowers in bloom throughout all seasons, with a variety of seasonal flowers each month. Even in winter, you'll be able to admire camellias and other winter-blooming blossoms.
▲ Hyeopjaegul and Ssangyonggul Cave These caves were formed by lava flowing down from the eruption of Hallasan Volcano. Despite being a lava cave, it features stalactites and stalagmites, which are typically found only in limestone caves. Due to their significant scientific value, the caves are protected as natural monuments.
▲ Jaeam Folk Village Jaeam Folk Village located within the park preserves and showcases the traditional thatched houses of Jeju, which are gradually disappearing with modern developments. The village also exhibits traditional household items used by the people of old Jeju, offering visitors a glimpse into the island's past.
