I had a great seat and was close to the stage. The performances were fire and I was happy to see actors I haven't seen in a while like Park Seoham and Hong Jonghyun.

It was a very nice award show! Very noisy though (a lot of screaming teenagers). For next time I would recommend ear plugs for a better experience 👍🏼 Otherwise if you want to see a Korean award show with performances , award ceremonies, etc. I would recommwnd

The performances and watching the awards show was really fun. Also I had a good view from my seat. But the venue was very hot, and I started to feel unwell and had to leave early. It made it a difficult experience for me. Also I paid a lot more than my friend who showed up the day of the concert and bought an extra ticket. I think it is kind of expensive. But I was glad I got to see a couple groups I really love, so thank you for the chance.

The price for a floor seat concert ticket is honestly not even that expensive compared to Kpop concert tickets in many other countries. I recommend going to at least one Kpop award show or festival if in Korea.

Really enjoyed this. Was a goood experience. Didn’t understand the host and the award speech but its okay right when you get to see your fav artist :’)

It was really cool. My ultimate group is Monsta X so I went to Gaon Chart Kpop Music Awards for watching them and even if they didn't performed was really cool. Also from 2F you can see EVERYTHING really well, from the scenario to the tables idols are sitting on. Even if I was in the 2F sitting, I was really near from the scenario, it was fantastic. The staff was really nice and give you the information you need if you feel lost. I also had a nice time watching other idols' performance, and watched Taeyeon! I started liking kpop ten years ago because of Girls Generation and watching her performance was like being in a dream. It was an unbelievable and unforgettable experience.

This experience was so amazing!! Our seats were so centre on and so close to the stage it was definitely worth it! We had clear view of everything and it was just so good overall! Would definitely buy again if I come back

3. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets cannot be reissued.
4. There will be a security screening before the entry. The staff will check your personal belongings.
5. All types of cameras and selfie sticks are prohibited inside the venue. Only cellphone cameras are allowed.

From Jan 1, 2024: non-refundable

2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is only available upon the original bookers’ request. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
