*Children younger than 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
*For the 1-day ticket, please select a date(Apr 13 or 14).
*For the 2-day ticket, please select Apr 13. The ticket is valid for 2 consecutive days (Apr 13~14).

*Please present your valid ID and confirmation email to pick up the tickets.
* Please make sure to get your wristband, and then proceed to the gate.
*1 person can buy up to 4 tickets.
*Please note that there aren't any reserved seats for the performance.
*If you are above the legal drinking age (19 and up), you can present your ID to receive the age verified wristband required to purchase drinks at the festival.
*With the wristband, you will have access to outdoor stages and 2 indoor stages (KBS Arena & the 2nd Gymnasium).
*KBS Arena: 1st floor standing zone / 2nd floor seating zone (The capacity of the standing zone is limited. You may watch the performance at the 2nd floor seating zone depending on the situation).
*Re-entry is not available. The festival staff will cut-off and remove your wristband at the exit.

Please keep in mind

1. Please present valid ID and confirmation email to pick up the tickets.
2. Please make sure to pick up the ticket first, exchange the ticket into a wristband, and then proceed to the gate.
3. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets and wristbands cannot be reissued.
4. Reselling or transferring of tickets is prohibited. The event organizers are not responsible for any tickets bought from an unauthorized third party.
5. There is a security bag search upon entering the venue.
6. Please be respectful to other people around you at the venue. Individuals who are causing a situation affecting others will be asked to leave and escorted out of the venue by security guards without a refund.
7. Professional cameras and selfie sticks are prohibited in the standing zone.
8. Outside food is not allowed in the venue. Beverage in a PET bottle (~500ml) is only allowed.
9. Lockers will be available at an additional charge on site.
10. The event organizer will be taking pictures/videos of the festival. Please note that by participating in the festival, you are complying that the organizer has the right to use such pictures and videos for marketing purposes.
11. Parking is not available at the venue. Please use public transportation.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
