Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show the confirmation email to the staff at the ticket box and receive your wristband.

Please keep in mind

  1. Lost wristbands cannot be reissued or refunded, and no refunds will be issued for partially used tickets.
  2. Intoxicated guests will not be admitted.
    4. Smoking and bringing outside food or beverages are not allowed within the festival venue.
  3. Illegal filming, including hidden-camera recording, is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action. Filming without prior approval is not permitted.
  4. Upon entry, you are required to remove your shoes and store them in the shoe locker; sandals, slippers, and sneakers are not permitted within the festival venue. The operator is not responsible for lost shoes, valuables, or other personal belongings.
  5. Mud may stain your clothing, so please wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
  6. Please rinse off any mud before entering the Water Park Zone.
  7. Floors may be slippery — please watch your step.
  8. For free parking, please use the public parking lot near Daecheon Beach.
