When we arrived, the driver was already to wait for us come with a very clear sign. We were easy to see him. And we have a very good experience to the ski resort.

Clear communication with Trazy throughout. Driver sent us a photo showing exactly where he'd be waiting. Clean, comfortable vehicle. Smooth journey, most of it on the highway. Reached Yongpyong from Incheon in 2 hours. No hesitation to book this again in future.
