If you're taking a makeup class, please bring your pouch so that the makeup artist could check what kind of cosmetics you are using (If you don't have one, you don't have to bring it).

Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show the confirmation email to the staff on the day.

Are makeup class and service available in English?

Yes, the makeup artist can speak English.

Do I need to bring my own makeup products to the class?

If you are joining the makeup class, please bring your makeup pouch so the artist can check what cosmetics you are currently using. This helps provide more tailored advice during the session. If you do not have any makeup products, it's completely fine — you can still join the class without bringing your own.

Can I book a makeup class or service for more than one person?

Yes, reservations for makeup class or service can be made for up to 5 people per time slot.

What happens if my selected time is unavailable?

If your selected date and time are unavailable, our customer service team will contact you via email within 24 hours to suggest alternative options that best fit your schedule.
