How long does it take to get to Everland from Seoul by private van?
It usually takes around 1 to 1.5 hours to reach Everland from Seoul, depending on traffic and your pick-up location.
Is there an extra charge for late-night or early-morning pick-ups?
Yes, an additional of $10 USD will be charged for pick-ups between 12:00am and 5:00am.
Can I change the date and time of the private van transfer?
You can make changes until 5:00pm, one day before your visit. In this case, please contact us at experience@trazy.com. Changes cannot be made on the day of your visit.
Can I book the Everland Discount Ticket & Private Van Transfer package on the same day?
No, same-day bookings are not available. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
What time does Everland open and close?

Will I be able to see the fireworks?
The fireworks begin 30 minutes or 1 hour before the closing time. The time is subject to change and the show may be cancelled due to weather conditions or Everland’s internal issues. Weekly confirmed timetable is released every Wednesday on the official website. Please check the operating hours and the schedule for the fireworks.
Is Everland open on rainy days?
Yes, Everland remains open during rainy weather. However, some outdoor rides, parades, and fireworks may be canceled or closed due to safety concerns during severe weather conditions.
What happens if we exceed the van's capacity?
If the number of passengers or bags exceeds the reserved van's capacity and you did not inform us in advance, you will need to arrange and pay for an additional van or taxi on the day of service.
What should I do if I'm unsure about the right van size for my group?
