The staffs were very friendly and very talented! My friend and I accidentally booked the wrong booking but the staffs were kind enough to change the offer, the one we actually plan to do. And the designs turned out beautifully. It was a very good experience :)

OU was amazing. I booked for extensions and added nail art to it. I was fortunate that they had time to add nail art on because they were so busy they had to turn walk in customers away. I suggest sending the salon a message on Insta if you want to add services to your booking. As to the treatment itself, the artist I had was Eun and she was AMAZING. I've never had an artist be as detailed as she was. She made sure my hands looked amazing, not just my nails. It's been 3 weeks since I got my nails done and they are still going strong, with none of them popping off or anything. If you book for an extension they give you the option of sculpted or glue on tips. I personally chose sculpted. This definitely took some time as the entire service for extension and art lasted about 3 hours, so make sure to have enough time. All in all, I will definitely return on my next trip.

My friend and I made an appointment for a special mani treatment but we wanted specific design for our nails (and we didn't know it had to be gel manicure). They were very kind with us and let us change to gel manicure 🥰 we asked the total price in advance. Mine was 79,000KRW in total and my friend's was 115,000KRW. I'm very satisfied with the result and the level of details of my nails! PS : Paying the extra-charge in cash is a bit cheaper than paying by card.

I had a nice and comforting experience at OU Nail. The girls there were very kind and offered us something to drink as well. You were able to choose any of the colours and if you wanted to get a design, you could change the colour as well (I stayed with the colour of my design). Very nicely done and a decent prize. I do recommend paying cash, since it's cheaper!

I booked two appointments back to back (gel manicure and gel pedicure) and it seems there was a bit of a mix-up with them, like they only saw one and not the other. Regardless, they served me immediately. I paid 14,000KRW for my additional design, which she was able to do from a picture I showed her on Pinterest. I thought 14,000 was a little bit pricey, but it's now 13 days later and my nails still look great. I definitely recommend this nail salon. Also, Blackpink has been there before, if that's convincing at all for you.

The ladies didn’t speak much English but they really tried and it was very much appreciated. They buffed and filed my nails nicely and asked what shape I wanted, let me pick out a design, and I had one lady on each hand doing my artwork. The end result turned out amazing. I did pay extra for the artwork but it’s so worth it. Will definitely be going back!
