My friend and I were excited for this activity tour and it was great! Our guide, Sandy was amazing. She was very informative, kind, energetic, and funny. It was raining on our trip but that didn't stop anyone! The day was fast paced with activities back to back but there was enough rest time too on the bus. Communication was clear and even though we were with a group of other people, you had time to explore on your own too as the group is really only when on the bus and possibly the rail bikes as it is a 4 seater. Would do this tour again during a different season!

Can I join the Nami Island + Rail Bike + Strawberry Picking tour alone?
Yes, solo travelers are welcome.
Is there an English-speaking guide?
Yes, this tour includes an English and Chinese-speaking tour staff.
Can I change the tour date or number of people after booking?
Yes, you can request changes up to 2 days before the tour date. To modify your booking, please contact us at experience@trazy.com at least 2 days in advance.
Is hotel pickup and drop-off included?
No, hotel pickup and drop-off are not provided. Please join the tour at one of the following locations: Hongik University Station, Myeongdong Station, or Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station.
Is lunch included in the tour? Are halal options available?
No, lunch is not included. The tour staff will recommend nearby dining options during the tour. There is also a halal-certified restaurant on Nami Island.
Is the Gangchon Rail Bike automatic?
No, the Gangchon Rail Bike is not automatic. You will need to pedal manually throughout the course, which is mostly downhill and easy to ride.
How many people can ride the Rail Bike?
The standard rail bike is a shared 4-seater. A 5,000 won surcharge applies for a 2-seater private bike. If you prefer a private bike, please indicate your preference during checkout.
