*If the light festival is cancelled on the day due to rain, the itinerary will be changed to where you will visit Gubongsan Mountain Observatory Cafe Street instead. You can go to any of the cafes to eat or drink and enjoy the nightview of Chuncheon at the cafe's observatories.

1.If Nami Island Ferry is canceled by Nami Island authorities due to severe weather conditions or natural disasters, the ferry fare and admission ticket will be fully refunded.
2.The light festival is canceled on rainy days and the itinerary will be changed. Please note that no refunds will be issued for the itinerary changes.
