Can I join the Nami Island & Alpaca World tour alone?

Yes, solo travelers are welcome. However, if the tour is canceled due to the lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.

Is there an English-speaking guide?

Yes, this tour includes an English-speaking guide.

Are child tickets available?

Yes, discounted child rates are available. You can select child tickets when making your booking.

Can I change the tour date or number of people after booking?

Yes, you can request changes up to 3 days before the tour date. To modify your booking, please contact us at experience@trazy.com at least 3 days in advance.

Is hotel pickup and drop-off included?

No, hotel pickup and drop-off are not provided. Please join the tour at one of the following locations: Hongik University Station, Myeongdong Station, or Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station.

Is lunch included in the tour? Are halal options available?

No, lunch is not included. The tour staff will recommend nearby dining options during the tour. There is also a halal-certified restaurant on Nami Island.
