常見問題
Who can use this moving service?
This moving service is only available for small 1-room or studio-type moves in Korea. If you're moving into or out of a goshiwon or similar space, this service is ideal for you.
Do I need to pack my belongings myself?
Yes. You must pack all of your belongings into boxes or bags before the movers arrive. The movers will load, transport, and unload your items, but packing is your responsibility.
What if the building has no elevator?
If either your current or new residence does not have an elevator, a lift truck will be required. The lift truck rental costs 100,000 won. The Trazy Crew will notify you in advance if this applies to your move.
What is the cut-off time for the move?
All moves must be completed by 3:00pm. Moves that cannot be finished by this time will not be accepted.
