概要

Learn how to make your own makgeolli Korean rice wine in Busan!

This class will provide a history about Korean traditional alcohol as well as the various types and how they are made. Participants will also get a chance to brew their own makgeolli and take home a container to continue brewing at home. After one week, they will have their own craft makgeolli they can enjoy at home with friends and family! The class will also include a tasting of different Korean alcohols.
