So far so good. Shipping is very fast (California). I purchased my SIM card with Premium-Lite plan on 8/29/23 and received it via USPS today (9/1/23). My trip isn’t until next month in October, but I decided to pre-activate the sim.
Pre-activation instruction is pretty straight forward. However, I ran into an issue where my number/account was not pre-loaded with the phone plan I paid for. I contacted customer service through KakaoTalk and surprisingly, they responded very promptly. They manually set my plan and all I needed to provide was my korean phone number and reservation number. I checked my account through the SIMcard-Korea app and finally saw the premium lite plan I paid for.
I only rated 4 stars because I haven’t tested the SIM card in Korea just yet. Hoping it’ll work well when I travel to Korea in October. 🤞🏼

Delivery was fast; I received it within two days of ordering (to the UK). The instruction for activation was super easy to follow, and I immediately had internet upon landing in South Korea. I never once had a problem and love the possibility of being able to extend/ top-up my internet for up to three months without the ARC. Easy. Simple and Efficient!

A person in charge (via Kakao) was really helpful. I needed to know my phone number before receiving the parcel, so I asked on Kakao, and person in charge found it and let me know. Amazing experience! If you are ordering usim with international delivery, try to do it as soon as possible because shipping is possible only on weekdays. Nevertheless, I received my parcel almost in time. I activated the sim but didn’t use it yet, but hope it works well. Thanks, Trazy

Although the tracking service says that the estimated arrival date of my sim card is January 31st, I have still not received it. I assume it's because of the snow storm in my area, but it also doesn't give me an updated delivery date, so I'm worried that I won't receive it before I leave.
