Once you make a booking, a mobile ticket will be sent to you via email. Please present the mobile ticket at the ticket office to exchange it for a physical ticket.

Yes, the same price applies for both adults and children.

Where is the boarding point for Jeongdongjin Rail Bike?

The rail bike platform is located inside Jeongdongjin Station. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to collect your tickets.

What safety measures are in place?

Safety instructions are provided just before boarding. All riders must pay full attention, and any incidents or damages caused by not following the rules are the rider’s responsibility.

Will the rail bike operate in rainy weather?

Yes, the rail bike runs even if it rains. Bring an umbrella or raincoat to stay comfortable. If the operator cancels the ride, you will be informed in advance and receive a full refund.
