Is flash photography allowed inside the museum?

No. Flash photography and the use of tripods for photo or video recording are not allowed inside the museum.

Can I bring food or drinks into the museum?

No. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibition halls.

Is admission free for young children?

Yes. Children under 36 months old can enter for free. A valid ID is required for age verification.

Are audio guides available at the museum?

Yes. Portable audio guides are available free of charge at the information desk on the first floor. Please present your passport when borrowing a portable audio guide. Availability is limited.
