- For the airport pickup, the driver will wait for you up for 1.5 hours after your arrival. If the driver fails to meet you in 1.5 hours after your arrival, your booking will be considered as a no-show.
- No refund will be issued even if you end up not using the service on the day due to duplicate booking from any other transfer providers, unless you cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy.

How long will the driver wait for me after my flight arrives?
The driver will wait for up to 1.5 hours after your flight arrival. If the driver cannot meet you within 1.5 hours, your booking will be considered a no-show.
Can I get a refund if I don’t use the service on the day of the booking?
No refunds are issued if you do not use the service due to duplicate bookings with other providers. Please cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy to avoid charges.
Is the transfer price one-way or round-trip?
