We formed a private group of six adults and six children, and we all appreciate Mr. Lee's warm-hearted and friendly service. Thank you for transporting us directly to our building and making an extra stop at the service area for our kids. Highly recommended!

Yes, but please contact us in advance at inquiry@trazy.com to check availability for transporting ski equipment.
Is there a refund if I don’t use the transfer service?
No refunds are issued for no-shows due to duplicate bookings with other transfer providers unless you cancel in advance following our cancellation policy.

Yes, all toll and airport parking fees are included in the transfer price.

Yes, our private transfer operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Are there additional fees for late-night transfers?
- Vans incur a $20 USD late fee for airport arrivals between 9:00 pm and 5:00 am or hotel pickups between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
